We generated, directed and executed over 90 dedicated staff, 32 key speakers, nine global tech giants and eight innovate start-ups, over a three-day schedule, for 400 international guests.

We showed guests new ways to engage with their audiences over key social media platforms such as Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram, whilst demonstrating a plethora of products & experiential digital platforms such as Oculus, available through social media leader Facebook. 22 | 43 were once again tasked with curating a home environment, to show just how immersive the Amazon product offering is amidst everyday life, including Fire TV & Alexa.

Our efforts during this project expanded far beyond the delivery of the three-day eventing series, with the exclusive acquisition of ME Hotel London to accommodate over 140 senior international Publicis Groupe delegates and a private screening at the Design Museum, to enhance the way in which internal business objectives were cascaded across all international markets.



Client: Value Retail, Bicester Village

Location: Aynhoe Park, Oxford

Brief: VIP Dinner for 32 Key International Press & Influencers. 

Commissioned to deliver a high profile bespoke dinner for Bicester Village to celebrate their retail expansion project, launching 30 new stores. Aynhoe Park, a grade 1 listed 17th century estate was the setting to create a delectable evening for 32 VIP guests hosted by Desiree Bollier- Chair & Global Merchant at Value Retail.

We created a traditional menu in keeping with the setting, rehearsed and served by an immaculate cohort of male model waiters. Every visual detail carefully considered, from hues of seasonal floristry to bespoke candles flown from Denmark to complement the array of antique silverware which adorned the tablescape.

Client: Value Retail

Location: Marylebone Station

Brief: Bicester Village, Press Launch


Orchestrated and delivered a tailor-made brunch for 300 key journalists travelling from London Marylebone train station to Bicester Village to embark on Value Retail's expansion press launch. 

Working closely with Chiltern Railways, we were challenged to take over a scheduled train service and transform the interior of the standard locomotive, into a luxury silver service restaurant on the move, complete with fine monogrammed linen and flowers. The turnaround time was only nine minutes before the train departed, which most branded impossible.

Brief: To Launch The Largest European Store

We were appointed by Polo Ralph Lauren to host an intimate cocktail and private store preview for a selection of domestic VIP customers to celebrate the launch of their biggest store in Europe. 

Customers experienced bespoke monogramming of polo shirts, personalised embossing on leather goods and had the opportunity to capture a true likeness of themselves via our live illustrator

Following New York Fashion Week, where Ralph Lauren showcased his diversecollection of vintage luxury automobiles, we decided to animate the new store entrance with an installation of our very own classic super cars, a Ferrari F40 and vintage Bentley Blower.

Location: B&B Italia, South Kensington

Brief: 10th Birthday Celebration

To commemorate 10 years of men's swimwear label, Orlebar Brown, we took over the B&B Italia Flagship store in South Kensington. Positioned as a summer soiree, we encouraged over 350 guests to participate in an immersive beach scene photo moment creatively inspired by designs from Sanda Anderlon.


Guests included: Jeremy Clarkson, Jeremy Jauncey, Sophie Ellis-Bexter, Dan Carter & Emilia Wickstead

Brief: Series Of Private VIP Lunches

To deliver private lunches for a selection of high net-worth clients and influencers. Using the new VIP Apartment as the setting based in the heart of Bicester Village, each lunch was designed around the guest's personal requirements and taste. Guest speakers introduced the events, followed by a personal shopping experience.
